Job Title: Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, including planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, including site managers, foremen, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a site manager or foreman in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
