Job Title: Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to join our team for a new build development of houses and apartments in Folkestone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction process to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Monitor and control costs, materials, and resources to meet project budgets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager in a similar construction project.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate site staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
