About the Role- Lead a team of practitioners in delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a similar role, with a focus on child-centered practice
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work term-time only, with flexible hours
- Competitive salary range of £20,000-£30,000, dependent on qualifications and experience
