Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Principal Transport Planner to join our growing team in the United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the delivery of highway infrastructure projects and be a key member of our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have around 6-9 years of experience and a sound knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and Manual for Streets.

You will also need to be able to engage and conduct effective negotiations with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare detailed designs, feasibility studies, and scheme reports for various projects.
  2. Provide assurance that scheme designs comply with specifications and agreed programs.
  3. Work to ensure designs meet health and safety regulations and CDM requirements.
  4. Assess designs for environmental impacts.
  5. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties.
  6. Coordinate with other team members involved in the design.
  7. Support junior team members working on projects.
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
