About the Position

Sectona, a leader in Privileged Access Management, seeks an Enterprise Privilege Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Solution Engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful development lifecycle of our customers.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Builds strong relationships with customers through presentations, email, phone and social media to connect with them.
  • Crafts compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educates customers and partners on cloud security technology.
  • Provides clear and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy and maintain Sectona products.
  • Meets or exceeds customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
**Requirements:**
  • Engineering in Computers
  • 3-5 years of Presales/System Engineer System Engineering in System Integration or OEM background
  • 2 years experience in Security Solution System Management, Administration or Presales
  • Expertise in core Microsoft product stack, including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies and IIS.
  • Experience with VMWare virtual environments, AWS Cloud Services or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of risk management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management and role-based access.
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills in variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person).

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per annum
