Head of Content

Suzie Walker Executive Search is seeking a seasoned Content Director to lead our team of content creators. As a key member of our marketing and digital team, you will be responsible for establishing, evolving, and maintaining our content marketing programme to drive organic growth across all types of content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of our content marketing efforts and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading content teams in a digital marketing agency or client-side.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
