Maxwell Bond is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Officer to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the Information Security Team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organisation's assets and promoting a culture of security throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Information Security to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines in line with ISO27001/2:2022.
  • Conduct regular security awareness training and phishing simulations to ensure staff compliance with information security policies.
  • Monitor and report on information security metrics, including completion rates of mandatory training and phishing simulation results.
  • Support the development of communication and training plans to prevent phishing attacks and promote a security-first culture.
  • Work closely with the Information Security Team to ensure the effective implementation of security controls and measures.

Requirements:
