Personal Assistance and Administration Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional personal assistance and administration support to our family. As a Personal Assistance and Administration Professional, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our personal and business life, including calendar and travel coordination, correspondence handling, event planning, contact record-keeping, financial oversight, document management, proofreading, and personal assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive personal assistance and administration support to our family, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of key contacts, finances, and other important information.
- Ensure seamless management of our activities and interests by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate business and social events, including logistics, catering, and guest lists.
- Deliver high-quality, error-free documents and presentations aligned with our Family Office standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as handling errands, shopping, and procurement.
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a professional, office-based environment.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to extract and communicate key insights effectively.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic financial acumen, including budgeting and financial tracking.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
Salary:
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum
