Nursing Home Nurse - Night Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a family-run, community-driven care provider. Our client has a reputation for delivering outstanding care and has been recognized with awards for their commitment to person-centred care.

About the Role

The successful applicant will have a current NMC registration and more than 2 years of experience in a nursing role. They will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents, utilizing their clinical skills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner. The nurse will also be responsible for creating well-thought-through care plans and detailed risk assessments, keeping in mind regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better

  • Current NMC registration
