As a Registered Nurse with Care UK, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated nurses and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the care team during shifts and ensure that residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met.
- Mentor and motivate colleagues to provide exceptional care and support.
- Champion residents' safety and dignity, and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users.
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) qualification.
- Experience in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.
- Ability to develop leadership skills and clinical knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clinical and management training to help you develop your skills and career.
