About the Role
Candidate Source Ltd seeks a skilled Credit Control Administrator to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, assessing creditworthiness, and setting credit limits.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any issues promptly.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers and adjust credit limits accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies to reduce credit risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in credit control, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial software, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Epicor).
- Excellent analytical skills to assess financial data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Bonus potential: Discretionary annual bonus scheme.
- Generous leave entitlement: 33 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays) with options to purchase additional days.
