Senior Business Analyst/Telecoms Expert

Oliver James is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst/Telecoms Expert to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will work closely with our UK-based Transformation Director to drive business growth and improvement in the telecoms sector.

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst/Telecoms Expert, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, identifying gaps, and translating them into technical solutions. You will engage stakeholders to agree on design and acceptance criteria for project deliverables, communicate complex solutions effectively, and manage change tickets and prioritize project releases with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner with Telecoms experience in Digital Commerce, Orders, Payments, Mobile for Business, or Supply Chain
  • Technical expertise in Telecom back-end platforms and system architectures
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition, market analysis, business change, and customer retention
  • Proven stakeholder management and business analysis skills
  • Ability to support roadmap and backlog creation
