Senior Business Analyst - Telecoms Expert

Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Telecoms to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement by gathering business requirements, identifying gaps, and translating them into technical solutions.

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with the UK-based Transformation Director to support a customer base and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering business requirements and identifying gaps
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Engaging stakeholders to agree on design and acceptance criteria
  • Communicating complex solutions effectively
  • Managing change tickets and prioritizing project releases
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Senior Business Analyst experience in Telecoms, with a focus on Digital Commerce, Orders, Payments, Mobile for Business, or Supply Chain
  • Technical expertise in Telecom back-end platforms and system architectures
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition, market analysis, business change, and customer retention
  • Proven stakeholder management and business analysis skills
  • Ability to support roadmap and backlog creation
