Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Motivate and support your team to provide outstanding service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
  • Operate with Excellence: Maintain high standards in food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and overall restaurant operations.
  • Support Restaurant Operations: Assist with day-to-day management, including scheduling, inventory, and maintaining a smooth service flow.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure every customer has a positive experience, resolving any issues promptly and with a smile.

  • Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
