We're looking for talented individuals to take on the role of Supervisor at Nando's. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key part in the running of our restaurants, working closely with the management team and our team members (Nandocas) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, learning the basics of restaurant management and gaining valuable experience. You'll work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, and will be responsible for leading a team of Nandocas to deliver excellent service.

Our Supervisors receive comprehensive training and support, and are given the opportunity to develop their skills and progress to Assistant Manager roles. We offer a range of benefits, including:
