UK Service Manager - HVAC

Our client, a renowned manufacturer of HVAC products, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their UK Service Management team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across various applications.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of senior service engineers, service supervisors, and service managers to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and products.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Substantial management experience within the HVAC industry.
  • Diploma or NVQ2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
  • Experience of maintaining or servicing HVAC systems.
  • Based anywhere in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary £55,000 - £65,000.
  • Car or allowance.
  • 33 days holiday.
