About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Warwickshire, Coventry, and Northamptonshire. As an SEN TA, you will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to support the learning and development of pupils with SEN.
  • Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and assist with classroom management.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils as required.
  • Assist with the physical, emotional, and social development of pupils.
  • Support pupils with any personal care needs, where necessary.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an SEN setting is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges and needs of children with SEN.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting pupils' educational and personal development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
