Job Role Overview

The Priory Group is seeking a skilled Psiological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in a clinical support role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage self-referred and PMI funded patients contacting the customer service centre for suitability and direct referrals to the most appropriate pathway in line with the stepped care model and service contracts.
  • Case manage referrals through to conclusion in conjunction with our Private Client Support Executives.
  • Liaise and manage contact from patients via telephone and referral managing platform.
  • Keep records of all clinical activity in line with Priory's protocols and use these records and clinical outcome data in clinical decision-making.
  • Work closely with referral coordinators to ensure that appropriate referral arrangements are in place where needed to maintain a stepped care approach.
  • Attend Clinical Team Meetings, training events and workshops as appropriate.
  • Act as a point of contact and support to the wider Customer Service team, to enhance clinical awareness.
