Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary range of £80,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on location, along with a strong bonus structure, business miles paid for, fully expensed company car, up to £10,000 welcome bonus, support with College of Optometrists Higher Qualifications, payment of GOC fees, free bespoke CPD access, generous pension scheme matched up to 5%, private medical insurance, life assurance, flexible contracts for full-time or part-time work, and more.

Job Description

As an Eye Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to form long-lasting relationships with patients, delivering gold-standard customer care while working on your own, carrying out full clinical eye tests and dispensing equipment that rivals any high street practice, including digital fundus cameras, mobile slit lamps, I-care tonometers, and industry-leading digital records systems.

About the Role

You will be working with a maximum of 6-7 patients per day in their own homes, with longer appointment times allowing for deeper connections and higher-quality care.
