Cleaning Services Supervisor

**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Sanitation Operations Manager to join our team at a large and dynamic Facilities Management company in Bedford, UK. This role is responsible for providing an effective cleaning service to the ASDA Distribution centre within agreed budgetary guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have management experience from a variety of sectors, including Warehousing, Distribution, Facilities, Food Production Plants or indeed a Factory or Manufacturing environment. While cleaning experience is not essential, we are looking for someone with strong general management skills and client management experience.

Role Overview:

This role is a 40-hour a week contract which requires full flexibility as the service provided to the customer is over 7 days a week where the cleaning team operates over a 3-shift system.

Shift Requirements:

  • 3 weekend days to be worked out of 8 per month (Flexible)
  • Attending other shift patterns, namely late shifts and night shifts at least 4 times out of 8 weeks (Flexible)
  • Candidates need to drive and have their own motor vehicle.

Salary Range: £29,903 - £31,460 + SLA £1,500 depending on experience + pension, health scheme, 33 days holiday (includes bank holidays)
