Job Description:

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving sales growth in our Workday Practice by developing and executing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of sales experience in ERP/Workday product sales, preferably in the healthcare trust or local authority sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development within ERP domain.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP product sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
