The Role

We are seeking a Design Coordinator to join our team in Bedfordshire working under the Design Manager. This individual will be involved in multiple projects ranging from £1 - £5 million at various stages.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand intricate design requirements and convert them into clear directives for designers.
  • Ensure alignment of all designs with brand standards and maintain consistency.
  • Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from recruitment of designers to budget management and project supervision.
  • Maintain the company's library of visual assets used in promotional materials.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with designers to foster innovation in product concepts and design enhancements.
  • Direct and guide designers to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Evaluate designs for visual appeal and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Assess contractor bids for feasibility and accuracy in pricing.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with contractors to uphold project deadlines and financial targets.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
