Job Title: Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team in Dublin 1. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of facilities at different sites, working closely with the Facilities Manager and client.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager and attend to meeting room requests and set-ups.
  • Identify and report hazards and incidents, and assist in health and safety procedures, including bell tests and first aid box checks.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of facilities management, responding to soft service calls and removing wastepaper from all areas.
  • Perform frequent checks of key areas, such as toilets and the café area, and assist with set up of lunch meetings and clean up afterwards.
  • Assist with stock control, including water cups, milk, coffee machine products, and vending items.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities assistance or a related field.
  • Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
