About the Role

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Management Specialist to join our Central Finance team as a key member. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting roles at various levels, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role is responsible for managing audit, tax, business overheads, central recharges and timetable adherence for the business. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for reviewing and overseeing the annual budget submission, monthly reforecast, and monthly management account variance analysis.

In addition, you will be managing relationships with functional leads, ensuring a good financial understanding, and completing monthly presentation board packs for review by shareholders, including robust commentary on financial performance of the business.

You will also be responsible for all business tax matters for the business, including VAT, Construction Industry Scheme, Corporation Tax, ensuring all required HMRC submissions meet stipulated deadlines.
