Area Kitchen Operations Manager

Halo Personnel is seeking an experienced Area Kitchen Operations Manager to lead the installation of kitchens in designated areas, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective installation strategies, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
  • Lead and supervise a team of installers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in kitchen installations management, with a strong background in construction or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A valid full UK driver's license is required, as frequent travel between sites will be necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a company car and 33 days of holiday per year.
