Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and caring for our young people, while also supervising a small staff team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and care for our young people with emotional, behavioural difficulties, and other complex needs
  • Supervise and develop a small staff team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Experience of team leadership and supervising staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
