We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Newton Abbot Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, making sure our guests have everything they need.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting your colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
