Front of House Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee and manage our bar and catering operations at the Golf Club. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional member/guest experience while managing a team of hospitality professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage front of house staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to operational standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
  • Train and mentor team members in hospitality and best practices.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Experience in bartending and high standard service roles is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on members and guest interaction.
