Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Manage recruitment processes across our care homes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates through online platforms.
  • Absence Management: Provide support with absence management, including occupational health referrals, preparing invite letters for absence reviews, and related administration.
  • Employee Relations (ER): Offer first-line support for ER-related queries from our care homes, helping to resolve HR issues efficiently.
  • Apprenticeships: Manage apprenticeship applications, liaise with learners, and oversee the government apprenticeship portal.
  • Data Management: Regularly collate and report data from our care homes to support various HR tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Meeting Support: Attend and take notes for required meetings.
  • Project Work: Contribute to HR projects that align with our broader strategy.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with recruitment, ER queries, and absence management.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.
  • A fully remote working arrangement, with occasional travel to care homes (expenses reimbursed).
