HR Generalist

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job Description

This pivotal role involves overseeing all HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to administrative management and staff engagement for both our Bradford and Basingstoke site.

You will be responsible for:

• Administering all HR documents, including employment contracts, promotions, and changes to terms and conditions.
• Managing the HeaRt HRIS system for UK employees, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information management.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive HR files, ensuring all documentation is properly organized and accessible.
• Monitoring and managing employee sickness and holiday records for UK staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• CIPD level 5 (part or qualified) and/or 5 years experience in an HR environment.
• Strong Excel experience.
• Knowledge of UK Legislation.
• English language written and verbal is a must, other languages of advantage.
