We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Beard Surgeon, a leading retailer in the men's luxury grooming industry.

Sales and Operations

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence across our kiosk locations in London.

  • Sell products at the kiosks, leading by example and demonstrating effective sales techniques.
  • Assist the HR department with recruiting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees in the London region.
  • Achieve regional sales objectives by providing strategic plans and conducting regular reviews.
  • Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, and determine regional sales system improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Experience in performance management and driving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales planning tools and software.
