Job Summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled Podiatrist to re-register with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and return to practice. This is a fixed-term position of 20 weeks, offering a unique opportunity for podiatrists to refresh their skills and knowledge in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality podiatric care in various clinical settings, supported by experienced mentors.
  • Develop and implement care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing and organizing workload effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education to BSc (Hons) in Podiatry or Diploma in Podiatry, with a requirement for 30 or 60 days of supervised practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing and organizing workload.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop professional knowledge and skills.
