Job Summary

This senior finance role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for leading a team of two direct reports. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing budgeting, cash flow reporting, and financial planning
  • Preparing monthly management reports
  • Conducting balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Managing tax requirements, including BAS, FBT, and GST
  • Providing support to the Chief Financial Officer on ad-hoc matters
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in commercial accounting or business services, preferably within a firm setting. Key qualifications include:

  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
