Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Events Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a Conference and Events Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and conferences, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that our clients receive an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, and ensure that every detail is taken care of to deliver a seamless and successful event.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the setup and execution of events, including audio-visual equipment, catering, and decorations, to ensure that every event is executed to perfection.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded, and that they receive exceptional service throughout the event.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of event staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that every event is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures to ensure that every event is delivered to the highest standard and that our clients receive an exceptional experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in conference and events management, with a strong track record of delivering successful events.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in events management or a related field.
