Job Title: Conference and Events Manager

Location: Liverpool, United Kingdom

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Conference and Events Manager to join our team at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool. As a Conference and Events Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing conferences, events, and banquets, ensuring that every event is a success and exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage conferences, events, and banquets, including setting up and assisting with audio-visual equipment
* Meet and greet event organizers and be their point of contact throughout the event
* Manage, supervise, support, and train the events team
* Ensure that a professional service is offered to our clients
* Provide the highest level of presentation of our event rooms

Requirements:

* Previous experience in conference and banqueting, preferably in a supervisory role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and event management software
