About the RoleThis exciting position involves delivering high-quality, effective HR services, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment. As an HR Business Partner, you'll manage and participate in day-to-day operations and transactional services, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Your primary focus will be on executing payroll and HR administration services at the Halstead Plant, adhering to legal requirements and Group policies. You will collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure all monthly changes are updated onto SAP by the payroll deadline and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely HR administration throughout the full employee lifecycle, collecting and managing data to share with the HR Shared Service team.
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems by running audit reports and investigating errors.
- Conducting regular audits of data across the different systems to ensure alignment, monitoring assigned dashboards, and taking corrective action where required.
- Ensuring adherence to data privacy policies and maintaining strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy.
- Recording, saving, and communicating sick notes and reasons for absence forms to Payroll/Labour Analysts within given timescales.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A flexible and positive attitude.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and plan effectively.
