Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage sales orders from various departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to resolve logistical issues and optimize supply chain management.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of backorders, supplier shipments, and order reports.
- Analyze supplier shipment and order reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize supply chain processes.
- Support international shipments, including customs clearance and IOR agent setup.
- Proven experience in operations, sales support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs clearance processes is a plus.
- Ability to analyze financial implications of purchasing and manage supplier relationships effectively.
