Public Engagement Manager (Events and Programmes)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Public Engagement Manager to lead the creative and strategic development and delivery of our public events programme, engaging diverse audiences with Crick science.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will manage the development and delivery of our public events programme, working closely with our research scientists and external partners to create engaging experiences for our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive public events programme, including events, exhibitions, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with our research scientists to develop engaging content and experiences for our audiences.
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality events and programmes.
  • Embed a culture of engagement within the institute through training and regular opportunities for staff to engage.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in public engagement, events management, and science communication. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and project management skills.
