Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and building relationships with top talent, developing business across existing client relationships and new self-nurtured connections.

Your primary focus will be on negotiation and complex end-to-end deal management, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with high-end blue-chip clients. You will also participate in presentations, client pitches, and face-to-face candidate interviews, while developing a deep understanding of the market to engage key clients and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and build relationships with candidates.
  • Develop business across existing client relationships and new self-nurtured connections.
  • Negotiate and manage complex deals from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-end blue-chip clients.
  • Participate in presentations, client pitches, and candidate interviews.

  • Exceptional earning potential, with a guaranteed base salary of £40,000 to £60,000 in the first year, £80,000+ OTE in the second year, and £150,000+ in the third year.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) preferred but not essential.
  • Strong time management, efficiency, and work ethic skills.
  • Excellent communication ability with a sales aptitude.
  • Sales, business development, marketing, or consulting experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Money motivation, ambition, commercial awareness, high EQ, and IQ.
  • Progressive and career-minded individual.
