Salary: £26,000 - Starting Salary for the Role of Employability Specialist Advisor in Merseyside
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Employability Specialist Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with complex barriers to move into sustainable employment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to organise and achieve targets. You will be working closely with local authorities, JobCentre Plus, and voluntary sector services to drive referrals to the programme.
You will be providing 1:1 support to individuals via outreach support and in the Ingeus Offices. This will involve engaging with clients through engagement events to promote the programme, liaising regularly with JCP Work Coaches and other referral agents, integrating with local community and health organisations, and facilitating welcome sessions for new participants.

- Provide high-quality in-work support to participants ensuring they have all the tools they need to remain in work.
- Maintain effective administrative procedures, producing appropriate records and reports.

About You
We are looking for someone who can motivate participants while managing and facilitating their journey into sustainable employment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel across the specified areas and have strong administration skills.
