Chef in Healthcare Sector

We are currently looking for a skilled Peripatetic Chef to support our care homes in Essex, Suffolk, and London. The ideal candidate will have excellent kitchen management skills and up-to-date food hygiene knowledge.
As a Peripatetic Chef, you will work with fresh seasonal food, creating a delicious and nutritious menu for our residents. You will need:
- A good understanding of nutrition and healthy eating
- Experience with fresh seasonal food and creative cooking techniques
- NVQs/SVQs or City & Guilds equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a personable approach
