About the Role:

Sonderwell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  2. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  3. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  4. Providing emotional support and companionship.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
