Job Title: Project Coordinator - Beauty Commercial

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator - Beauty Commercial, you will play a key role in supporting the Beauty Commercial Project Manager in delivering key projects from an extensive programme of New Stores, Refurbishments and Brand Executions. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and processes to successfully deliver projects across our programme. This opportunity allows you to build relationships with various Internal & External Stakeholders, including brands, designers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Beauty Commercial Project Manager in Technical Design Reviews and communicate feedback confidently to relevant stakeholders.
• Successfully deliver and array of Projects, working closely with all relevant Internal & External stakeholders for excellent Project Delivery.
• Efficiently plan, track, and record Projects and report confidently the status of Projects to Senior members of the team.
• Identify, define, and develop Project tasks and resources. Confidently use appropriate tools for efficient delivery.
• Manage the day-to-day operation, inclusive of workload, in accordance with our Commercial function.
• Ensure the Frasers Retail Brand DNA is protected, aligned, and developed to deliver a World Class output.

Requirements:

• Experience in Retail Project Management
• Experience in Retail Technical Design & Delivery
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Experience in interpreting space plans and technical drawings/manufacture details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to form strong and productive relationships across all levels
• Flexible and adaptable to cope with fast-track projects and changing business requirements
• Commitment to continue self-development
• Demonstration of good time management, focusing appropriate resources to meet business and project objectives
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Technically literate
• Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
• Experience using AutoCad
• Experience using Revit (desirable)
• Experience of Microsoft Project (desirable)
