Our mission is to build the next generation of leading E-commerce brands, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Paid Search Manager.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly experienced Paid Search professional to lead our Paid Search team and drive client growth. As a Senior Paid Search Manager, you'll be responsible for managing high-spending Paid Search accounts, developing and retaining a leading portfolio of DTC brands, and leading a team of Paid Search Executives.
Key Responsibilities- Take complete ownership of high-spending Paid Search accounts, with budgets up to £50K+ per month.
- Develop and retain a leading portfolio of exciting DTC brands, with a focus on client retention and growth.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Paid Search Executives, providing training and guidance to ensure their success.
- Lead the onboarding process and integration of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and high-quality service.
- Execute research during client onboarding and account development, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing E-commerce landscape.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Paid Search strategies, always striving for better results.
- Provide regular client communication, delivering concise and value-driven insights to enhance their experience and understanding.
- Offer E-commerce expertise and value to clients, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
- Set a high standard for the team, leading by example and demonstrating a growth mindset.
- Focus on client profitability, ensuring that our services drive real business results.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Paid Search channels.
- At least 3+ years of experience in E-commerce and the DTC landscape.
- Previous DTC/E-commerce agency experience is desirable but not essential.
- Previous management experience is essential, as you'll be leading a team of Paid Search Executives.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills and data management capabilities, with a focus on driving business results.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and collaborate with the team.
We offer a competitive salary bracket of £40,000 - £50,000, based on experience. As a Senior Paid Search Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, drive client growth, and develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
