About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Manager / Paid Search Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops account strategy in partnership with client and PPC Director and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs
  • Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Owns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies
  • Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client
  • Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with Account Directors
  • Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 and international search engines a bonus
  • Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics
