We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at One Blackfriars, a luxury residential development in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring a positive and safe experience.
  • Expertly manage the valet parking service, ensuring efficient and secure parking for all users.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to drive the performance of the development, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Effectively handle feedback and complaints, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all users.
  • Proven track record of managing customer complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
