Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Loan Origination Manager to lead our UK Loan Origination team. As a key member of our Investment Banking group, you will be responsible for the Origination and Structuring of financing for our large UK corporate clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business growth in the UK market, with a strong understanding of corporate credit and a ability to operate at C-Suite level. You will lead a small team working with clients on a range of financing options, typically delivered as Syndicated or Bridge loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK Loan Origination team in the Origination and Structuring of financing for large UK corporate clients
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies in the UK market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage a small team of loan origination professionals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UK Loan Origination, with a strong understanding of corporate credit
  • Ability to operate at C-Suite level and lead a small team
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
