Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Lead to join our team at Ultimate Asset. As a key member of our programmatic team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize revenue growth.
With a strong background in ad operations and a focus on open exchange and video ads, you will lead the execution of ad trafficking, targeting, and reporting across desktop, mobile, and CTV. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in ad operations, with a proven track record in optimizing revenue across open exchange environments. A strong understanding of GAM, DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers is essential. Excellent analytical and communication skills are also required.
