**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a large team of 40-50 staff, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness, controlling costs on a daily basis to impact profitability, promoting efficiency within the store to achieve service standards, and upholding product quality at all times.

**Salary and Contract:**
This is a full-time position contracted to approximately 38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. You can expect a starting salary of £27,625 not including your OTE bonus, with opportunities to progress to a Store Manager role within 9-12 months, potentially earning in excess of £34,000 per year with additional earnings related to your performance.
