Membership Services Administrator Apprenticeship

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Membership Services team as an Apprentice Membership Services Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our members and club teams.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in membership administration. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our membership database, handling member queries, and providing administrative support to our club teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and club teams
  • Handle member queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support club teams with membership administration tasks
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of membership policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
